Maui Wildfire Emergency Relief Program
We are deeply saddened and heartbroken for everyone that has been impacted by the Maui wildfires. Our team will remain devoted to our core values as a credit union and the credit union philosophy of people helping people and will help those in need. Members that have been impacted by the most recent wildfires will have access to the following emergency relief options.
Up to a 3 month deferment on your loan payment
To obtain a deferment, we will ask for the following:
- A brief impact statement requesting a deferment as you have been impacted by the most recent wildfires.
- Please Include your name, member number, and type of loan
- Valid contact information
- Phone number, email address
- We will email you the deferment form to sign remotely.
Emergency Relief Loan
- $1000 dollar loan for 12 months
- No credit check.
- No payment for 60 days
- No interest
To obtain an Emergency Relief Loan:
- You can apply online by visiting our website. Select the apply now button and proceed with Application. Make to select the Share Secured Loan option. You can also call us at 808-877-3232 or email [email protected] to initiate the application.
Once we receive your request, we will process it as soon as we are able and will email you the documents to be signed remotely.

Emergency Auto Loan
As we contiunue to implement relief services to reduce the financial burden to families affected by the wildfires, we also recognize the importance of having a vehicle during these times. If you lost your vehicle in the wildfires, you may be elible for our relief auto loan special. Apply online or call us to make an appointment with one of our Loan Specialist.
4.00% APR* for 60 months *Annual Percentage Rate (APR). To be eligible for this special offer, you must have lost your vehicle in the Maui Wildfires. Offer is for new or used vehicles. Used vehicles are considered no older than 7 years. As an example, a $10,000.00 loan for 60 months at 4.00% will require 59 payments of $184.18 and one final payment of $183.91. Other terms, conditions, and restrictions may apply.
Shares Relief Services
We will waive certain account servicing fees until further notice for our members that have been affected by the Maui wildfires. Fees such as:
- Early withdrawal penalty for share certificates.
- Outgoing wire fees.
- Safe Deposit Box fees.
